About inDemic

inDemic Foundation

inDemic is a multidisciplinary team of scientists, physicians, and epidemiologists working to provide curated information and analysis on COVID-19 in the US and internationally. Our initial focus is to provide timely updates on the COVID-19 therapeutics landscape and vaccine pipeline.

inPhronesis is our platform for displaying information on COVID-19, including “The inDemic Watchlist” of promising therapeutics and vaccines. Users can sign up for free by providing an email address, and opt to receive email alerts as clinical and scientific data become available.

Users can view therapies by patient segment (severity of disease), by mechanism of action (e.g. anti-viral vs. immunomodulatory), and by availability (including time-to-market for developmental therapies).

Users can also view vaccines by path-to-approval, with a detailed timeline for the lead vaccine candidates.

Fun fact: phronesis is Greek for “practical wisdom.”

inDemic Perspectives

Sometimes, it can be easy to miss the forest for the trees.

In “inDemic Perspectives”, we provide expert commentary on COVID-19 challenges & solutions. Written with input from our scientific advisory board – which has decades of collective experience in critical care medicine, viral epidemiology, and microbiology – our perspectives highlight broad issues spanning drug development, vaccine deployment, public health policy, etc.
